We provide DNA knock-in DNA fragment synthesis for gene knock-in in genomes. The knock-in fragment contains about 500-1000 bp as shown below. The plasmid can be co-transfected with an all-in-crispr-Cas9-gRNA plasmid(Cat#D17001); single-cell cloning under the puromycin selection; Screen the knock-out with western blot; or screen knock-in with PCR product digestion with enzyme.
